What did you do at work today?  Well, we got to reproduce the gait of a famous historical figure who in theory ‘walked’ in our gait lab!  What an interesting days work.   The whole narrative of how we created the model of this person, to the processing and the analysis of their gait was all captured on film by Blink productions in conjunction with National Geographic for a TV documentary that is due to be aired in December 2017.   Here is a photo of Ron McCulloch explaining some of the features of this person’s gait on film.  Watch this space for further information and to find out who this famous historical figure could be.
